Sally's professional and personal interests are primarily in the fields of immigration, integration, intercultural dialogue, and value-based communities; and she works with both national and international problem areas. She is currently involved with future immigrants and immigration, cross-cultural business behaviour, and future employees in a global context.
She also works with organizational development, market analysis, and quantitative and qualitative surveys and evaluations. She has extensive experience with these disciplines from previous projects.

Sally is active in societal debate. She's a board member and spokesperson for Democratic Muslims, where she works to create intercultural dialogue and further mutual integration and community. She's also active in e.g. Danish United Nations Association, where she has done a number of presentations on civil rights, human rights, foreign aid, and dynamics in international politics. She was born in Iran, but has lived in Denmark since 1989.
